![]() I hate my body and want to change it but I feel like there's no hope because this is how I naturally am. I have a very weird lower stomach line too that looks like a "W" and it won't go away. It's very distressing on my mental health to see others at the same or even a much higher weight than myself and they have flat stomachs or a tiny waist, whereas I look like I'm obese. I also have a wider waist, so my waist to hip ratio is terribly large. Since losing weight my legs look very different, but my stomach hasn't gotten that much smaller. I am active from time to time, and currently walk 20k+ steps a few days a week, but it's been a while since I've been in a gym. ![]() I don't work out and didn't lose the weight by doing any strenuous exercise.
